Our goal is to disrupt intergenerational trauma by helping youth and their families overcome the barriers they face including poverty, systemic racism, mental health, and substance abuse issues, and gang involvement. Using love as our foundation, we work collaboratively with our families to provide the required wraparound services for the youth we serve.
